We visited ASRock at COMPUTEX 2019 to check out their latest offerings including their line-up of AMD X570 motherboards which includes ASRock’s latest Phantom Gaming, Taichi, and Steel Legend Series motherboards. ASRock presents ten (10) motherboards under their AMD X570 chipset-based line-up from mini-ITX to standard ATX form factor.
ASRock X570 Motherboard Line-up
ASRock proudly presented the ASRock X570 Creator motherboard that’s designed to address the needs of content creators. ASRock claims it to be the first AMD motherboard to support Thunderbolt 3 connectivity with its two Type-C Thunderbolt 3 ports on the rear I/O. The new ASRock X570 Steel Legend motherboard is designed for enthusiasts with its stunning RGB lighting and camouflage design. ASRock also introduced its micro-ATX AMD X570 motherboard which might be one of the few micro-ATX X570 motherboards to be released – the ASRock X570M PRO 4. The ASRock X570M PRO 4 sports a 10-power phase design with two PCIe M.2 slots with passively cooled heatsinks. ASRock reveals the official launch of the AMD X570 motherboard platform will be on July 7, 2019.
We also got an exclusive and first-hand look at the ASRock X570 Aqua motherboard that features an all-in-one watercooling water block that cools the CPU, VRM, and chipset. ASRock says there will only be 199 units of the ASRock X570 Aqua to be produced with an MSRP of $999 USD. The ASRock X570 Aqua will be launched on a later date, expected to be on August 2019.
One of the demo PCs at the ASRock booth sported the new ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming X motherboard, the first ASRock motherboard to sport the new WiFi6 standard. It is also fitted with the recently released Intel H10 SSD.
New ASRock Phantom Gaming and Taichi Series Graphics Cards
ASRock also demonstrated the brand-new 2019 concept graphics cards, including the current Phantom Gaming series and the first-exposed Taichi series. The new ASRock Phantom Gaming U Radeon RX 590 8G OC graphics card is the world's first AMD Radeon- RX 590 graphics card with ARGB LEDs.
ASRock also proudly presented the world’s first Thunderbolt 3 graphics card - the AMD Radeon RX570 graphics card that supports Intel Thunderbolt 3 technology along with the world's first Thin Mini-ITX form factor graphics card – the ASRock RX570TM-ITX/TBT graphics card.
