ViewSonic presents its latest gaming monitors, ELITE Ally Monitor Peripheral, and two new software applications for ViewSonic’s ELITE gaming monitors to deliver the ultimate gaming visual experience. ViewSonic adds two ELITE Gaming Monitors, the ELITE XG270QG and ELITE XG270, both featuring either NVIDIA G-SYNC support or Radeon FreeSync 2 support. ViewSonic ELITE XG270QG Gaming Monitor
The ELITE XG270QG Gaming Monitor comes with an IPS Nano Color panel and support for NVIDIA G-SYNC Technology which is capable of achieving true 1ms (GtG) response time. The ELITE XG270QG sports a 144Hz native refresh rate, overclockable to 165Hz for smooth gaming visuals. The new IPS Nano Color panel boasts a 2560x1440 (QHD) resolution and 98% DCI-P3 colour coverage that brings games to life with deeper and more vibrant colours. The ViewSonic ELITE Ally peripheral is a USB-connected touch-screen device that allows gamers to quickly access on-screen display settings, such as game modes, adaptive sync, HDR, brightness, contrast, RGB lighting and more. Users can fine-tune their gaming experience without touching the monitor or opening their ELITE display controller software. Currently, the ELITE Ally peripheral is only compatible with select ViewSonic ELITE gaming monitors.
ELITE RGB and OSD Software
The first app to launch for ViewSonic ELITE gaming monitors, the ELITE RGB Controller, will allow easier access and control over a compatible monitor’s RGB accent backlighting. Users can choose from different lighting modes or customize their RGB colours from a collection of more than 16.8 million colours for a personalized RGB gaming atmosphere. An OSD software application, the ELITE Display Controller is capable of controlling both monitor display options and RGB ambient lighting modes. The ViewSonic ELITE XG270QG and ViewSonic ELITE XG270 will be available worldwide in November 2019. The ViewSonic XG2405 and ViewSonic XG2705 will be available by Q1 2020.
