With C2 Backup, Synology NAS around the world can retain copies on Synology's Europe-based cloud storage in case of disaster recovery.
The success of the C2 Backup service pushed the release for a global service due to the sustained growth during its six-month period starting its initial launch last September. Subscription retention rate and level of customer satisfaction remained high wherein 96% of the new users continues to subscription after the free trial. With this, Synology aims to share the benefits and improve the experience of all users worldwide.
