The Super Flower Leadex III Gold Series PSUs come from the makers of the award-winning EVGA SuperNOVA G2, SuperNOVA P2, and SuperNOVA T2 Series power supplies. The Super Flower Leadex III Gold Series features a fully modular cable design, industry-leading 80PLUS Gold efficiency certification, three-tier adaptive cooling, and premium components including solid Japanese capacitors. Three-Tier Adaptive Cooling
The Leadex III Gold Series comes with a three-tier adaptive cooling mechanism which can be selected using a dedicated switch at the rear of the power supply. There are two semi-passive modes available – ECO 0 and ECO 1. ECO 0 activates cooling fan at temperatures between 62°C and 68°C. ECO 1 mode activates the cooling fan at temperatures between 42°C and 48°C with a lower threshold at between 27°C and 33°C offering a quieter operation. The Leadex III Gold Series uses Fluid Dynamic Bearing technology that makes the 135mm cooling fan run very quiet.Industry-Leading Efficiency
The Leadex III Gold Series is 80PLUS Gold certified with a guaranteed efficiency of no less than 92% at medium loads, 90% at low loads under 20%, and 89% efficiency at peak load. To achieve the high-efficiency rating, Super Flower uses LLC resonance conversion in the primary range and DC-DC downward conversion for the +3,3- and +5 Volt rails making it ideal for power-hungry builds and overclocking.
