SteelSeries Apex 9 Mini Review

Packaging & Bundle
It wouldn’t be a SteelSeries review without that iconic orange and grey packaging. The box, as you’d expect for a 60% keyboard, is tiny, but at least it’s not wasting any materials that it doesn’t need to.

The front of the box gives you a lovely clear image of the keyboard with some small snippets of information.

On the reverse side, you get a good chunk of details about the keyboard in terms of technical data and the main features that set it apart.

Tearing away the plastic security seals, the box opens up and we find the keyboard inside a lovely soft-touch plastic bag, with the USB cable tucked in the small box section above. There’s some clever use of cardboard here to ensure the keyboard is well protected without using too much plastic or foam, which is better for everything in the long run.

For a “bundle”, there isn’t much to talk about here. You get a Product Information Guide and a Type-A to Type-C braided USB cable, that’s it.
