Sony introduces the SL-E Series drives, Sony’s latest external solid-state drive featuring a fast USB Type-C USB 3.1 Gen2 connection delivering data transfer speeds of up to 540MB/s read and 520MB/s write. The Sony SL-E Series also sports a rugged but stylish casing that’s small enough to find in pockets but also easy to hold with a firm grip on your hands. It is also very lightweight with it weighing just 50 grams. It is also naturally durable and reliable compared to external hard drive solutions with its flash memory storage and no moving parts inside.

The SL-E Series is offered in 240GB, 480GB and a massive 960GB capacity to keep all your important files and even entire games and applications. The SL-E Series does data transfers quickly with its USB 3.1 Gen 2 (SuperSpeed USB 10Gbps) connectivity with blistering transfer speeds. The SL-E Series comes bundled with the ENC DataVault Lite software giving users full access to a plethora of security features.
