SAPPHIRE introduces its own flavour of custom RX Vega graphics cards using the vapour chamber cooling technology – the SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX Vega 64 and Vega 56 Limited Edition cards. It features AMD’s most powerful graphics card processor to date, the Vega architecture. Its vapour chamber-based cooling is paired with three high-performance fans offering stable and higher factory-overclocked performance.
High Factory-Overclocks
The SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX Vega 64 has a 1611 MHz Boost Clock out of the box, while the NITRO+ Radeon RX Vega 56 have a factory-overclocked Boost Clock of 1572 MHz. Packed with 8GB of the second generation High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), the SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX Vega models offer 7% better framerates compared to the reference edition cards. Both models also feature dual BIOS with the 2nd BIOS optimized for energy savings with its high-efficiency setting. The BIOS switch can be located on the side of the graphics card.
Superior Cooling
The SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX Vega Limited Edition cards use the innovative vapour chamber technology which is the brand’s most efficient cooler to date. The densely-packed heat sink uses six nickel-plated heat pipes, three 8mm and three 6mm pipes, along with three cooling fans offers superior heat dissipation compared to the reference cooling design. The limited edition Vega cards use a 14 phase digital power design and a powerful vapour chamber cooling system, SAPPHIRE NITRO+ has been designed to unleash the full potential of the AMD RX Vega GPU.
Aesthetics and RGB Lighting
The SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX Vega 64 and 56 Limited Edition models sport the NITRO Glow system with two backlit acrylic elements around the left and right fan. The backlights are full-RGB LEDs that can be customized using the upcoming version of the SAPPHIRE TriXX software.
Support Bracket
The SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX Vega 64 and 56 Limited Edition graphics cards come with the SAPPHIRE NITRO Gear Card Support Bracket, a black nickel-plated and heat-treated bracket that users can install in the PCIe slot screws to support and stabilize the graphics card to avoid sagging and bending.
