Razer Releases New Blade Pro 17 and Updated Blade 15 with New Display Options

Razer introduces the updated Razer Blade 15 gaming laptop with new display options along with the new Razer Blade Pro 17 flagship gaming laptop. The Razer Blade Pro 17 comes with best-in-class features in a compact chassis that’s 25% smaller compared to other 17-inch gaming laptops in the market today. On the other hand, the Razer Blade 15 now includes 240Hz full HD and 4K OLED display options giving buyers the option for ultra-smooth gaming display for gaming or maximum colour fidelity ideal for professional content creators.

The new Razer Blade 15 comes with the 9th generation Intel Core i7-9750H mobile processor with the Advanced Models available in either a 240Hz Full HD or 4K OLED touch display. The Razer Blade 15 base model also gets an upgrade with its 144Hz Full HD display with GeForce RTX graphics. The ultra-fast 240Hz Full HD display panel also comes covers 100% of the sRGB colour gamut and is factory calibrated to deliver stunning visuals.

The Razer Blade 15 Advanced 4K OLED configuration is driven by NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 2080 to ensure the greatest performance possible. The 4K OLED display covers 100% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut and comes with HDR 400 True Black-certified. On the other hand, the base model gets a 144Hz Full HD display with custom colour calibration driven by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 graphics.

Razer Blade 17 Pro



The Razer Blade 17 Pro is Razer’s new flagship gaming laptop which is powered by the 9th generation Intel Core i7-9750H 6-core processor. The Razer Blade 17 Pro features Razer’s enhanced vapor chamber cooling system with a new multi-fan design that offers superb cooling even with a compact chassis. The new Razer Blade Pro 17 will be available with a choice of RTX 2060, RTX 2070 with Max-Q Design, or the RTX 2080 with Max-Q Design. The Razer Blade 17 Pro will come with 16GB of DDR4-2667MHz memory which can be overclocked to 3200MHz via Intel XMP profile.

The new Razer Blade Pro 17 offers the latest connectivity options including three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one HDMI 2.0b port, a Realtek 2.5Gb Ethernet port, a UHS-III SD card reader, and two USB3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports (one of which doubles as a Thunderbolt 3 port).
