Swiftech releases the new generation Apogee CPU waterblock - the Swiftech Apogee SKF Heirloom Series. It features Swiftech's revolutionary cooling engine offering better cooling performance compared to the Apogee XL2 CPU waterblock along with a plethora of customization options. With the Apogee SKF, buyers are offered five customization options which include the colour of the body finish, colour of the cover plate finish, logo finish, mounting bracket finish and a truly personal custom engraving option. The custom laser engraving has 16 characters maximum which is positioned after the serial number on the water block.
The Apogee SKF is also widely compatible to all active and discontinued AMD and Intel platforms. It supports Intel 115X, 2011, 2011-v3 and the latest LGA 2066 socket platforms. For AMD, the waterblock supports AM2, AM3, AM4 and the upcoming SP3/FR4 sockets.
Swiftech used a new cooling engine with the Apogee SFK with its 125 micron-thick slotted fins which offer the best cooling performance compared to its predecessor.
The Apogee SKF is fully compatible with Swiftech’s Addressable RGB Iris Technology and even ships with the Swiftech Iris-Eco controller. With 2 strips of RGB LED’s built into the waterblock the Apogee SKF will blend into any color theme build.
Pre-Orders and Customization
Due to the number of customization options available, buyers will likely have a unique set of personalization each time thus requiring orders to be made in a pre-order basis. The first Swiftech exclusive Heirloom event will last for 4 weeks maximum or until our stock of fin plates is exhausted. Production has already started and finishing touches will start to take place about 2 weeks before the end of the event. Actual units will start shipping to customers early August 2017.
