Intel's 7th Generation CPUs and 200-series chipset motherboards were formally unveiled early this month at CES2017, and since then consumers who have been holding out for an upgrade have finally splurged on a new system. That system may be powered by an Intel Kaby Lake CPU, or perhaps opted instead to be based on Intel's X99 HEDT platform after benchmarks were released, and a great many of these will incorporate an MSI motherboard.

This week MSI are taking the rare step of starting a new promotion and extending the offer to those who already laid down their money, rather than restricting it to new customers. The promotion offers a free copy of For Honor with a new MSI Z270, H270 or X99 motherboard purchased since January 4th - just the ticket if you're feeling a little squeezed for new games following a major hardware upgrade.
