Microsoft at E3 2017: Launches Age of Empires: Definitive Edition Exclusive to Windows 10

Microsoft launched the Age of Empiress franchise on PC back in 1997. The award-winning Real Time Strategy (RTS) game title is now 20 years old and at the E3 Expo, Microsoft announces the Age of Empire: Definitive Edition coming exclusively to Windows 10 PC. Watch the trailer video below.



The Age of Empires: Definitive Edition features fully remastered graphics and support of up to 4K resolution. The games has a brand-new narrative, an entirely re-orchestrated soundtrack and gameplay improvements. The Definitive Edition starts from the original Age of Empires installation including the Rise of Rome expansion with 16 civilizations to explore. The game features times periods from Stone Age up to the age of the Roman Empire. The game also features Xbox Live support for multiplayer and achievements.
