GIGABYTE Technology addresses Global Warming with the launch of the Make Earth Green Again campaign. There is a global call to plant trees and counter the effects of man’s carbon emissions. GIGABYTE is proud to take part of this campaign with a very good cause and a cleaner future for the next generation. In the Make Earth Green Again campaign, GIGABYTE will plant a tree for every laptop registered starting 2017. The tree will be planted through Plant-for-the-Planet under the registrant’s name in the hopes to raise more awareness and contributions towards making one trillion trees by 2020.

GIGABYTE On Environmental Awareness
Since 2009, GIGABYTE’s “Green Action Plan” project rolled out which aims to improve resource and energy efficiency to reduce waste and pollution. GIGABYTE developed low-carbon technologies along with designing green products that resulted to 40% reduction of carbon emission compared in 2007.
