Expanding on the fan favourite Inspire K2, Kolink launches the Inspire K2 Plus Micro-ATX Case. Kolink also launches Core Standard Braided Cable Extension Kits. The Kolink Inspire K2 Plus has been reconfigured to best support the newest components. Now with an improved chassis design to offer support for water cooling and a dedicated PSU shroud, Kolink continues to meet the demands of the latest hardware.
Cooling
The Kolink Inspire K2 Plus has been reimagined to now offer support for water cooling as well as air cooling. The case can support a total of two radiators or five fans, with a 120mm ARGB fan pre-installed in the rear of the case. The fan could also be swapped out for a 120mm radiator. Additionally, the front panel can support 2x 120mm/ 140mm fans or a radiator up to 280mm in length. The top panel can support 2x 120mm fans and there is enough clearance for a CPU cooler up to 160mm tall. The panels also feature integrated ventilation to encourage natural airflow and removable dust filters which can be removed and cleaned as needed.
Hardware
The Kolink Inspire K2 Plus offers support for a mATX or a Mini-ITX motherboard with four expansion slots in the rear of the case. This improved design allows support for much of the latest hardware with clearance for a GPU up to 300mm in length. The PSU now has a dedicated shroud within the case and offers space for a standard ATX PS2 power supply up to 165mm. In terms of storage, the Kolink Inspire K2 Plus can support 2x 3.5” HDDs or 2.5” SSDs within the drive cage. Additionally, the motherboard backplate has two mounts for 2.5” drives.
The Kolink K2 Plus also has a dedicated space for cable management behind the motherboard tray with grommets to pass cables through.
Outside
For the exterior of the Inspire K2 Plus, Kolink has opted for an ARGB strip on the front panel to compliment the pre-installed ARGB fan. The chassis is made from steel with a tempered glass side panel to showcase the interior. The I/O located on the top panel of the case features 1 x USB 3.1, 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x Audio In/Out. The case is available in black and measures 350 x 200 x 390mm (L x W x H).
Kolink Core Standard Braided Cable Extension Kit
Also launching is the Kolink Core Standard Braided Cable Extension Kit. Covering core cable requirements, the kit offers four flexible cables with three cable combs per cable. The kit includes 1x 20+4 Pin (300mm), 1x 4+4 Pin (300mm), and 2x 6+2 Pin (350mm).
Each cable is made with 18AWG copper wiring and PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastic braiding to offer great durability and performance and is 100% heatshrink-free. The kits are available in five vibrant colours with black or white accents:
