Introducing the two latest small form factor offerings from Jonsbo, the Jonsbo C6 Mesh Micro-ATX and Jonsbo N2 Mini ITX NAS cases. Offering solutions for both gaming and NAS storage, these latest additions offer stylish, yet practical cases while maintaining a small footprint. Both the Jonsbo C6 and Jonsbo N2 cases are now available for pre-order on Overclockers UK.
Jonsbo C6
The Jonsbo C6 is a Micro-ATX case that features fine mesh panelling across four sides of the chassis to provide great airflow. As well as this, the base of the C6 has an open design that is combined with a dust filter to allow great ventilation while keeping dust out.
For cooling, the Jonsbo C6 offers support for up to three fans – 1x 120/140mm fan in the top and bottom of the chassis and the option to install a 120mm fan in the front of the case. To cool the CPU, the case offers enough clearance for a CPU Cooler up to 75mm tall.
Interior
The Jonsbo C6 offers two configurations depending on the size of the motherboard used. Able to support a Mini-ITX or M-ATX board, the Jonsbo C6 can offer a GPU clearance up to 255mm as well as supporting ATX PSUs up to 185mm long. If using a Mini ITX motherboard up to 170mm x 170mm there is a GPU clearance of 255mm. When using a Micro-ATX motherboard up to 245x245mm, if the first PCIe slot is used there is still a clearance of 255mm, however if the second slot is used there is a 200mm clearance with a max thickness of 48mm. In total, the Jonsbo C6 offers four expansions slot on the rear panel. For storage, the Jonsbo C6 can support 1x 3.5" HDD or 2x 2.5" SSDs mounted onto the front panel or the space can instead be used for a 120mm fan.
Exterior
With a chassis made from steel, the Jonsbo C6 has been designed with removable panels that require no tools. Featured on the back panel is a small latch to release the top panel, once removed the front and side panels can be taken out easily to make installation straightforward.
The I/O Panel is at the bottom of the front panel and features a power button, USB 3.0, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, and headphone/microphone jack. The Jonsbo C6 measures in at 202mm x 266mm x 295.2mm (W x D x H) and is available in black or white.
Jonsbo N2
Also launching is the Jonsbo N2 Mini ITX case. Created to serve as a NAS server chassis, the Jonsbo N2 has a dedicated chamber with five bays to accommodate 3.5” HDDs. Accompanying is a server-grade backplate that features hot-swappable technology, allowing drives to be installed easily and replaced as needed. Each connector is created with 10um gold plating for longevity and long-life capacitors ensure a stable power supply. As well as being able to offer high capacity, within the motherboard compartment is a 2.5” SSD tray providing the potential for high-speed storage.
Cooling
For cooling support, the Jonsbo N2 arrives with a slim 120mm fan pre-installed on the rear panel behind the storage backplate. The rear fan provides great static pressure and airflow while remaining whisper quiet. As well as this, the front panel features a mesh ventilation grill for better airflow and there is clearance for a CPU cooler up to 65mm tall.
Interior
The Jonsbo N2 also offers the ability to be used as a home theatre or light gaming PC with support for standard Mini-ITX boards. Boards up to 170mm x 170mm can be supported and thanks to a half-height PCI expansion slot, low-profile GPUs up to 197mm long, like the recently launched ASRock Intel Arc A380 Low Profile 6GB, can be supported. The expansion slot could also be used for capture cards or other PCI devices. The N2 also offers space for an SFX PSU to power these components.
Exterior
The Jonsbo N2 is a Cube PC Case that offers an overall volume of 11L and measures in at 222.5mm x 222.5mm x 224mm (W x D x H). The chassis is made from aluminium and features removable panels for easy access. The base features non-slip feet to allow natural airflow under the chassis. The front I/O features 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, 1x USB 3.0 and 1x headphone/ mic jack.
The Jonsbo N2 is available in black or white.
