GIGABYTE releases a new addition to its GTX 1080 line-up, the GTX 1080 Turbo OC Edition with a blower fan design. It features an enhanced cooling system using a single blower fan along with premium components, the new GIGBYTE GTX 1080 Turbo OC Edition promises excellent gaming performance with a cool and quiet operation.

The GTX 1080 Turbo OC Edition's GIGABYTE Turbo Fan cooling system uses three pure copper heat pipes that are directly in contact with the GPU die for a more efficient heat transfer. GIGABYTE claims this cooling system is 8% more efficient than the cooling system of the Founder's Edition graphics card. The blower fan pushes heated air at the rear exhaust of the graphics card keeping the hot air out of the system. The GIGABYTE GTX 1080 Turbo OC Edition has a compact profile, thanks to the blower design, making it ideal for SLI configurations.

The GIGABYTE GTX 1080 Turbo OC Edition also features a 8+2 power phase design that ensures stability and durability having lower temperatures on the components. The card also has a smart power LED indicator near the 8-pin power connector. The graphics card is also VR-Ready and with the help of the GIGABYTE Xtreme Engine, tweaking the card to your preferred performance for gaming is easy.
