The AORUS 17 is powered by the 9th generation Intel Core i9 and i7 processors, NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics and up to 64GB of Samsung DDR4 memory. The AORUS 17 gaming laptop comes with a 17.3-inch X-Rite Pantone Certified FHD 1920x1080 240Hz anti-glare display panel. The AORUS 17 supports ultra-fast NVMe SSDs and comes with the latest Wi-Fi 6 standard for high-speed wireless connectivity. One of the highlighted features of the AORUS 17 gaming laptop is its mechanical keyboard with OMRON Blue switches and per-key RGB lighting.

The top-of-the-line model is the AORUS 17 YA which can be powered by the 9th generation Intel Core i9-9980HK 8-core, 16-thread processor with a base clock of 2.4GHz and an impressive boost clock of 5.0GHz. The AORUS 17 YA gaming laptop features the powerful NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 graphics. World’s First Gaming Laptop with OMRON Mechanical Switches

GIGABYTE is proud to announce its collaboration with OMROM, a world-renowned Japanese maker of mechanical mouse switches, to deliver the best typing experience to gathers in a gaming laptop. The OMRON mechanical switches are rated with up to 15 million keypresses, it comes with an optimal travel distance of 2.5mm, 1.6mm actuation point with the sensation of Blue switches. This allows the user to switch between the discrete NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics to the integrated Intel graphics using the NVIDIA Optimus Technology offering the flexibility between performance and power efficiency.

WINDFORCE Infinity Cooling System

The AORUS 17 gaming laptop with its high-performance components require the best cooling engine to keep it cool and stable. GIGABYTE uses the WINDFORCE Infinity Cooling System which comprises of five heatpipes, two 12V fans with 51 blades, 12 vents with 4 exhausts and a large Vapour Chamber for enhanced heat dissipation.
