GIGABYTE presents the all-new AERO Series notebooks at COMPUTEX 2019. GIGABYTE will be refreshing the AERO 15 with the latest NVIDIA and Intel technologies and introducing AERO 15 OLED featuring Samsung’s AMOLED display panels. GIGABYTE will also be adding the larger 17-inch model, the AERO 17, into the line-up also featuring the latest NVIDIA and Intel technologies and Samsung AMOLED display panel. The AERO 15 will remain the processing powerhouse model that can be configured with up to an Intel Core i9 8-core processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20 series graphics. Aside from Samsung AMOLED display panel options, all AERO Series notebooks can be configured with a Sharp 240Hz IGZO display. All AERO models will come with GIGABYTE's proprietary Xrite Pantone professional colour calibration.





Exclusive Hardware and Creative Software Compatibility Testing


The GIGABYTE AERO Series notebooks are designed for content creators with its specialized software and hardware tests that include Adobe Creative Suite, WACOM digital drawing boards, and a host of Thunderbolt 3 storage devices that most content creators use to save files and projects. GIGABYTE tests the AERO Series to ensure smooth and stress-free experience for content creators with their demanding needs.

Thin, Light and More Powerful


The all-new GIGABYTE uses CNC aluminium cutting technology to create a smooth, lightweight but durable aluminium chassis with a premium touch of design flare using “NIL” nanoimprint lithography for the AERO Series. The new AERO notebooks will also be featuring GIGABYTE’s new Supra Cool 2 cooling technology that consists of two cooling fans with a 71-blade design, five full-copper heat pipes, 11 intake, and exhaust vents and Thermal Grizzly’s TG-H-001-RS thermal paste. Supra Cool 2 delivers 30% improved heat dissipation performance compared to the previous generation AERO notebooks.

Aside from the latest Intel and NVIDIA technologies, the all-new AERO notebooks can sport up to 64GB of Samsung DDR4 memory and up to two Intel 760P SSD that delivers speeds of up to 3000MB/s for fast rendering and encoding capabilities. The all-new AERO series laptops also come with exclusive “Microsoft Azure AI”, enabling automatic adjustment of hardware settings to optimise the power and performance required by any specific program being used, empowering designers and creators to focus on what they do best: Creating.

Availability and Configurations



The AERO 15 and AERO 15 OLED highest configuration comes with Intel Core i9-9980HK processor and NVIDA GeForce RTX 2080 graphics chip. The AERO 15 will be sporting up to a Sharp 240Hz IGZO display, AERO 15 OLED can sport up to a 4K Samsung AMOLED display. Additional flavours include Core i7-9750H paired with RTX 2060 and RTX 2070 Enthusiast GPUs. The brand-new GIGABYTE AERO 17 is planned for 2019 August release.
