GALAX, known as GALAXY in China, unveils the GALAXY GeForce RTX 4060 Ti MAX featuring a single-slot design using a blower-type cooler. The exact model name has a Chinese text that would translate to “GALAX RTX 4060 Ti Unparalleled MAX”. Its slim blower-type cooler design gives the card a very thin 20mm thickness, probably the thinnest RTX 4060 Ti graphics card to date. Just like the ASUS Turbo GeForce RTX 4070 12GB blower-type graphics card unveiled earlier this week, GALAXY GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Unparalleled MAX also has its PCIe power connector at the rear end for optimized cable management for space-constrained configurations.



The GALAXY GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Unparalleled MAX features a full SMD power supply, 6+2 phase power phase design and 6-layer black PCB. It comes with three DisplayPort 1.4a and one HDMI 2.1 ports.

This is not the first time GALAX made a single-slot mid-tier graphics card with a blower-type cooler. Back in 2017, GALAX created the GALAX GeForce GTX 1070 KATANA with a very similar design featuring a full-copper heatsink and the card was even thinner having an 18.74mm thickness. The GALAXY GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Unparalleled MAX also uses a full-copper heatsink that appears to be either anodized or coated in black.
