Fractal Design releases a statement confirming support for the latest generation high-end desktop CPU sockets for the Celsius Series all-in-one liquid CPU coolers. This includes the new AMD TR4 Socket for the upcoming Ryzen Threadripper HEDT processors. Also compatibility for the latest Intel HEDT platform, the Intel X299 LGA 2066 Socket processors.
Will confirmation aims to assure users looking into upgrading into the new HEDT platforms AMD and Intel is offering. Those making a move to AMD's TR4 based Threadripper CPU will find the compatible Asetek retention kit included in their retail CPU package. Users making a move to the latest LGA 2066 socket found on the X299 series of Intel based motherboards will find full compatibility for the socket via the included 2011-v3 kit inside the Fractal Design Celsius AIO packaging.
