EK Water Blocks releases the EK-Annihilator EX/EP water block for LGA 3647 (Socket P) Intel processors providing the superior cooling performance of EK water blocks on the server and workstation platforms. The EK-Annihilator EX/EP was created from the ground up to fit the requirements of the new Intel server socket and to integrate multiple connectivity options that are essential for server rack configurations. The EK-Annihilator EX/EP is compatible with 1U chassis type server and workstation motherboards.

The EK-Annihilator EX/EP sports a larger cold plate that exceeds the surface area of the LGA 3647 socket to cover the entire surface area of the Intel server processor IHS. In addition to the massive cold plate, EKWB integrates multiple connectivity options of 6 (six) ports to allow versatile connectivity options. The top ports use the standard G1/4” threads while the four other side ports use G1/8” threads.

The EK-Annihilator EX/EP is optimized and built specifically for enterprise solutions offering reliability and superior cooling performance. The water block features a low hydraulic restriction offering excellent cooling performance for high-density computing systems. The EK-Annihilator EX/EP features a precisely CNC-machined copper base with nickel electroplating. The top is made of a durable black POM Acetal and the CPU narrow ILM hold-down bracket is CNC machined from a thick piece of aluminium.
