Just like all EK Water Blocks motherboard monoblock, the EK-FB MSI Z270 GAMING Monoblock RGB monoblock is an all-in-one complete cooling solution for the processor and critical components of the motherboard for the Intel LGA-1511 socket for Sky Lake and Kaby Lake processors. The new EKWB monoblock for MSI Z270 motherboards is compatible to the following models below:


The EK-FB MSI Z270 GAMING Monoblock RGB is engineered and designed in cooperation with MSI and it uses the award-winning EK-Supremacy EVO cooling engine to ensure the best cooling performance for your Intel processor. The water block directly cools the Intel LGA-1511 socket processor along with the power regulation (MOSFET) module as the cooling goes throw all the critical components of the motherboard. The monoblock is a high flow water block that can be effectively cool the components even with weaker water pumps.

The monoblock is equipped with a 4-pin RGB LED strip that connects to the motherboard’s 4-pin LED header which supports the MSI Mystic Light Sync. It can also be connected to any 4-pin LED controller if desired. The base of the EK-FB MSI Z270 GAMING Monoblock RGB is made of nickel-plated electrolytic copper while the top is made of quality acrylic glass material. The nickel plated brass screw-in standoffs are pre-installed and allow for easy installation.
