EK Water Blocks releases a new monoblock for a few ASUS Z270 motherboard products. The new EK-FB ASUS Z270E Strix RGB Monoblock features compatibility with the ASUS Aura Sync which offers full RGB lighting customization along with other ASUS Aura Sync compatible hardware.

The new monoblock for ASUS Z270 motherboards is a complete all-in-one thermal solution using liquid cooling for the Intel LGA-1151 socket processor along with the critical components around the processor. The monoblock supports both Sky Lake and Kaby Lake processors. The monoblock is compatible with the following ASUS Z270 motherboards below:


The EK-FB ASUS Z270E Strix RGB Monoblock was engineered and designed in cooperation of ASUS featuring the award-winning cooling engine of the EK-Supremacy EVO for the best CPU cooling performance. The monoblock directly cools the processor and the power regulation modules (MOSFET) as liquid cooling flows directly over the critical areas of the motherboard. The monoblock is also a high flow water block which can handle weaker pumps and still provide efficient cooling. The base of the monoblock is made of nickel-plated electrolytic copper while the top is made of quality acrylic glass material. The nickel plated brass screw-in standoffs are pre-installed and allow for easy installation. The monoblock is equipped with a 4-pin RGB LED strip that connects to the motherboard’s 4-pin LED header which is compatible with the ASUS Aura Sync RGB lighting control and customization. It can also be connected to any 4-pin LED controller if desired.
