AMD's Threadripper CPU range continues to be popular among enthusiasts and prosumer users, but the range of premium coolers that support the CPUs continues to be quite narrow. Thankfully cooling experts Cryorig have just announced that Socket TR4 upgrade kits are now available for a subset of their range including the high-end R1 series.
Upgrade kits can be purchased from etailers such as Newegg in the United States and Caseking in the EU, and they're suitable for both Gen 1 and Gen 2 Threadripper CPUs. The kits are priced at an MSRP of $6 in the US, and €6 in the EU.
