Crucial expands its DDR4 server memory portfolio with 2666MT/s DIMMs to boost server performance and bandwidth within data centers and hyperscale environments. The new Crucial DDR4 2666 MT/s DIMMs are available in a variety of server module types and ranging in densities from 8GB to 64GB.

New Crucial 2666 MT/s 8Gb-based server memory modules are around 11% faster than the previously released 2400 MT/s DIMMs and also to prepare for the next-generation Intel server platforms. Crucial Server DRAM product marketing manager has a statement regarding the new addition to Crucial’s server memory portfolio.

“Improving system performance in the data center is one of many priorities organizations are looking to address as the need to meet ever-increasing and more demanding workloads evolves. Crucial’s new 2666MT/s server modules can help datacenter and hyperscale customers reduce performance burdens by using faster memory to help advance the efficiencies of their server systems.” – Michael Moreland, Crucial Server DRAM Product Marketing Manager

Get faster memory speeds backed by Micron® quality
Built with new technology tailored for the latest Intel® platforms, Crucial DDR4 server memory allows you to increase system performance with memory speeds up to 2666 MT/s and densities up to 64GB. Crucial DDR4 server memory enables your systems to reach their full performance potential in a variety of module types designed and manufactured from start to finish in Micron fabs.

Maximize system density with 8Gb-based components
Higher density components enable higher density modules, which offer increased performance. This makes it easy to scale up in the future as dependence on server applications increases through expanded virtualization, OLTP, Big Data, in-memory databases, and more – all of which rely on memory density and performance.

Micron® quality — a higher level of reliability
Server memory that’s built to last requires lasting industry relationships and technology collaboration over multiple product cycles. As a brand of Micron, we work closely with the industry leaders in CPU and platform development, along with the leading server and motherboard manufacturers to enable the next level of memory technology with over 35 years of expertise in DRAM and PCB design.
