Cooler Master expands its MasterBox Series cases with two new models – the MasterBox E500L and MasterBox K500L cases. Both the MasterBox E500L and MasterBox K500L are mid-tower cases that support mini-ITX, micro-ATX and ATX motherboards. Both cases also have a similar layout when it comes to cooling and radiator support. The front panel can house up to a 280mm or 240mm radiator, up to three 120mm fans or two 140mm fans. The top can house up to two 120mm fans and a rear 120mm fan for exhaust. The two new Cooler Master MasterBox chassis models are geared towards the budget gaming and enthusiast builds with the use of acrylic panels instead of tempered glass.

Cooler Master MasterBox K500L Chassis

The MasterBox K500L chassis is offered in two variants, one with a stylish acrylic side panel window and one with a solid steel side panel. The front panel sports an angular design with mesh for the two pre-installed LED cooling fans to take intake air freely while giving a clear view and effect of its illumination. The case’s interior sports a power supply shroud that hides the drive cages and space to hide cables. The front interior is very spacious to accommodate up to 400mm long graphics cards and without a 5.25-inch ODD bay to give way for radiators, liquid cooling components, and solid-state drives.

Cooler Master MasterBox E500L Chassis

Like the MasterBox KL500L, the MasterBox E500L is also offered in two distinct models – one with a solid steel side panel and one with a clear acrylic window side panel. Both models have three different variants as well based on the colours of the side trims which can either be red, blue or silver. The front panel features a semi-solid panel with vents on the bottom and sides for air intake.



The front panel features a sliding door that uncovers the single 5.25-inch ODD bay on the top of the front panel. The MasterBox E500L with acrylic window side panel features a power supply shroud to give a better view of the interior and a place to hide cabling which is unique to the windowed model.
