The EK-FC1080 GTX Ti Water Block
Just like all full-cover water blocks designed by EK Water Blocks, this water block provides direct cooling to the GPU, RAM and VRMs as the liquid cooling flows directly over these critical components of the GTX 1080 Ti graphics card. The superior cooling capacity will allow you to boost the performance of the GTX 1080 Ti with better stability and temperatures compared to the default air-cooling the cards come with.

The EK-FC1080 GTX Ti Water Block uses a central inlet split-flow cooling engine design which offers the best cooling performance which is also not flow direction dependent. The coolant can flow either way in the water block and it will still yield the same cooling performance. Also, the water block features great hydraulic performance wherein even weaker pumps can provide efficient pressure for the water block to cool the graphics card effectively.

The base of the block is made of nickel-plated electrolytic copper while the top is made of a high-quality acrylic material or POM Acetal material (depending on the variant). The top material does not affect the block performance in any way. The acrylic (Plexi) top also features two pre-drilled slots for 3mm LED diodes. There are two variants available – the EK-FC1080 GTX Ti – Nickel and EK-FC1080 GTX Ti – Acetal+Nickel.



Block Terminal Cover


The block also features a special plastic cover over the block Terminal. This add-on is designed to reveal the graphics card model, visible from the side. EK also encloses a single-slot I/O bracket which replaces the original two-slot in order to make installation of multiple graphics cards easier and also transforms the GPU into a gorgeous single slot solution.
