BIOSTAR presents its newest series of M.2 solid-state drives featuring NVMe specifications – the BIOSTAR M700 M.2 PCIe NVMe SSDs. Available in 256GB and 512GB capacities, the BIOSTAR M700 SSD aims to address the needs of gamers and professionals for high-capacity, high-performance storage. The BIOSTAR M700 SSD uses a high-speed PCIe Gen3 x4 interface and complies with NVMe 1.3 standard delivering speeds of up to 2000MB/s read and up to 1600MB/s write. The BIOSTAR M700 SSD is powered by the Silicon Motion Silicon SM2263XT controller and is up to three times faster than a standard SATA III SSD, offering improvements in game loading speed, 3D rendering, productivity, and others.
The BIOSTAR M700 sports the M.2 2280 form-factor with 3.5mm thickness which is supported by most motherboards, laptops, mini-PCs and other low-profile systems. The BIOSTAR M700 SSD comes with all the standard data security and protection features including AES256 encryption and End-to-End data protection.
