ASUS reveals the ASUS VG258Q Gaming Monitor, a 24.5-inch full HD gaming monitor with an ultra-fast 144Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time and Adaptive-Sync (FreeSync) technology. The ASUS VG258Q also feature the ASUS Extreme Low Motion Blue (ELMB) technology that further reduces stuttering for an even smoother gameplay. It sports an ultra-narrow 1cm bezel to deliver immersive and panoramic visuals.
Like all ASUS gaming monitors, the VG258Q also packs the GameFast Input Technology that minimizes the input lag from the source to the monitor for faster motion delivery. The gaming monitor also features the ASUS-exclusive GamePlus hotkey for in-game enhancements that help gamers assess and monitor their system’s performance in gaming. The VG258Q sports another ASUS-exclusive feature, the GameVisual Technology, that optimizes visuals based on game genre and content to help gamers spot critical details and movements easier.
The ASUS VG258Q supports VESA mounting and its stand can be tilted, swivelled and height adjusted to get the perfect position for gaming. The stand has a smart cable management design to organize and hide cables. The VG258Q has an extensive array of connectivity including dual-link DVI-D, HDMI (v1.4) and DisplayPort 1.2.
