ASRock’s offerings of Gemini Lake-powered motherboard shows up at the ASRock website. Earlier this week, GIGABYTE presented its newest J/N Series motherboards powered by the Pentium Silver and Celeron CPUs under the Gemini Lake architecture. While the GIGABYTE offerings feature the use of DDR4 DIMM memory, the ASRock Gemini Lake-powered motherboards use DDR4 SO-DIMM memory. ASRock lists two models as of this writing, both in mini-ITX form factor.
ASRock J4105B-ITX
This motherboard is powered by the Intel Celeron Processor J4105, a quad-core processor with boost speeds of up to 2.5Ghz. It sports a COM port, printer port, D-Sub and HDMI combo on its rear I/O with support for full HD 1080p Blu-ray playback. It also supports HEVC 10-bit Decoding/Encoding offering superb video quality. Its dual DDR4 SO-DIMM slots support up to 8GB of DDR4-2400MHz memory. It also features a single PCIe 2.0 x16 slot.

ASRock J4105-ITX
The ASRock J4105-ITX also sports the Intel Celeron Processor J4105, a quad-core processor with boost speeds of up to 2.5Ghz with D-Sub, HDMI, and DVI-D video output ports on the rear. However, it replaces the PCIe 2.0 x16 slot with just an x1 slot but gets an M.2 (Key E) slot for M.2 WiFi cards. Its two SO-DIMM slots also support up to 8GB of DDR4-2400MHz memory.
