ADATA Technology launches the industrial-grade ISMS331 7-pin SATA DOM (Disk-on-Module) offering excellent performance and a much wider application versus 2.5-inch and M.2 form factors. The ADATA ISMS331 is suitable for desktop PCs, compact small-form-factor PCs, industrial computers and embedded applications that require a wider temperature support. Like most NAND flash-based data storage, it also packs key technologies such as lifetime monitoring, Error Correcting Code (ECC) and self-diagnostic capabilities for reliability and longevity.

Wide Range of Application

The ADATA ISMS331 SATA 7-pin DOM utilizes high-quality SLC and MLC NAND flash and comes with a variety of capacities from 4GB to 32GB (SLC models) and 8GB to 128GB (MLC models). It is available in both horizontal and vertical pin orientations to accommodate a wide variety of system form factors. In addition, it provides excellent performance and reliability with sequential read/write speeds of up to 260MB/s for SLC models and 300/180MB/s for MLC models. Thanks to the industrial grade operable temperature range of -40°C to +90°C, the ISMS331 can operate in harsh environments for long periods of time.

Highly Efficient and Durable

The ISMS331 is industrial-grade and also highly power efficient with a low power consumption of 1.56W, helps in extending the lifespan of the devices it supports. The ISMS331 also features ECC (Error Correction Code) to ensure the data integrity and accuracy. Self-diagnostics monitor the SSD’s status and Wear Levelling to prolong its lifespan. Like all ADATA industrial-grade storage, the ISMS331 passes rigorous “Functionality Tests” and “Reliability Validation” to ensure it can withstand very extreme conditions and operate normally in temperatures ranging from -40 to 90 degrees Celsius, with a humidity range of 5% to 95% for reliable durability.
