ADATA continues to expand its industrial-grade flash-based storage products with the introduction of the ADATA ICFS314 CFast 2.0 Card. It features industrial-grade endurance and durability along with 3D NAND flash to improved performance and capacities. The ADATA ICFS314 offers up to 550MB/s read and 520MB/s write with great energy efficiency wherein it only consumes over 2W. It is offered in a wide range of capacities ranging from 32GB to 512GB.

Built For Harsh Environments
The ADATA ICFS314 has a wider operating temperature of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. It can withstand vibration of up to 20G and shocks of up to 1500G/0.5ms. It supports S.M.A.R.T diagnostics and hardware-level error correction to boost data integrity, while wear levelling prevents uneven NAND stress, leading to a longer product lifespan and better return on investment.

3D NAND Flash Benefits
With the use of higher density and more efficient 3D NAND flash, the ICFS314 offers longer lifespan, lower operation energy requirement and larger capacities of up to 512GB. With CFast 2.0 specifications implemented, the ICFS314 supports SATA III 6Gbps speeds to deliver up to 550MB/s read and 520MB/s write.
